Hi All,

I am looking for advice on ow I can get into project management as a career. Some of the work I currently do is project based and I really enjoy it and is for this reason that I am keen to move into project management.

I have applied for a few pm roles but most of the feedback I get is that I dont have enough experience. I am prince2 practitioner certified and have experience of scrum. I have also completed my six sigma green belt training. I am happy to work my way up, but there doesnt seem to be too many junior or assistant roles available. Is there another avenue that I could try or any other suggestions.

Thanks in advance.
